Delaware Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote)

Are you an experienced probate and/or trust & estates attorney located in Delaware who would like the opportunity to work flexible hours each week while maintaining the sophistication of your current solo practice? If so, we have a unique opportunity for you to work with a modern estate settlement company. The best candidates will be solo practitioners who are licensed in Delaware and have 5+ years of experience handling probate and administration proceedings and have knowledge of local/jurisdictional rules governing the probate process. This is a fully remote and contract position.Requirements for the Delaware Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote):5+ years of experience handling probate matters in DelawareKnowledge of appropriate forms and filing requirements based on jurisdictional rulesExperience completing probate forms and supplemental court filings, including but not limited to Inventory and Appraisal, Accounting, and Final Distribution documentsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolExcellent academic credentialsOutstanding referencesLicensed and in good standing in DelawarePosition Details of the Delaware Probate Attorney (Contract and Fully Remote):Type of Role: Contract/EngagementSchedule: Part-time (likely 5 - 15 hours per month)Location: Fully Remote (located in Delaware)Compensation:Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $210,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).Benefits: Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available.
