Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced and dedicated New York-based Estate Planning, Probate and/or Medicaid Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to range from approximately 10-20 hours per week. Attorney Requirements Licensed in good standing to practice law in New York Review documents drafted by support staff Assess client needs and help determine specific plans Medicaid experience - be comfortable understanding how estate planning works with Medicaid Experience with Elder Law New York Medicaid experience Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.
