Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to become a part of our hospital-affiliated team.

Compensation Package

We offer two compensation options:

• Option 1: A base salary of $286,290* (50th percentile MGMA for recent graduates) with additional pay based on experience, guaranteed for two years. This can transition to a wRVU production contract once targets are surpassed.
• Option 2: A base salary of $350,085* (75th percentile MGMA) guaranteed for the first year, after which it will switch to a wRVU production contract.

*Note: A 5% reduction applies for those who are not yet board certified, with salary adjustments made upon certification.

Contract Benefits

• Vacation: 29 days of paid time off (PTO), plus an additional 5 days for achieving 75th percentile wRVUs.
• CME/Books & Journals: 5 days of PTO and up to $5,000 for continuing education.
• Deferred Compensation: 457b plan allowing deferral of up to $22,500 annually before taxes, with no matching contributions.
• Retirement/Savings Plan: 403b plan permitting deferral of up to $23,000 annually before taxes for those under 50, and $30,500 for those over 50, with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 2% of base salary.
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000 paid to a moving company.
• Malpractice Insurance: Coverage in a claims-made policy with limits of $2,000,000 per claim and $6,000,000 aggregate.
• Health Insurance: A small premium is deducted from paychecks.
• Liquidated Damages: A non-compete clause of 70 miles for 2 years, or one year’s salary as liquidated damages.
• Bonus Opportunities: Potential bonuses up to 10% of salary.
• Medical School Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment).
• Sign-On Bonus: 15% of base salary, up to $100,000, paid upon contract signing and forgiven over 2-4 years.
• Residency Stipend: Up to $25,000, contingent on a 2-year service commitment.

Practice Information

Location: Family Health Center

Office Hours: Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Call Schedule: 1:4.5 days during the week and 1:4.5 weekends from Saturday 8:00 AM to Monday 8:00 AM.

Operational Hours: Lab, X-ray, and pharmacy services align with urgent care hours. Family practice, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound services are available by appointment.

Patient Load and Procedures

• Average patient load: 20-25 patients per day.
• Common procedures include injections, ear irrigation, breathing treatments, and mole/skin tag removals.

Practice Expectations

Providers are expected to manage acute care and accommodate walk-in patients requiring blood draws, as the practice also serves as an outpatient lab draw site. We are looking for a motivated individual who is patient-centered and adaptable to last-minute schedule changes to meet patient needs. Participation in Antibiotic Stewardship is also required.
