Patient Representative

Central Texas Pediatric Orthopedics is looking for a full-time Patient Representative to join our South/Central office team. This position offers a 38 to 42 hour work week Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends required. CTPO has helped care for Central Texas youth for over 35 years. With locations in Austin, Cedar Park, South Austin, Westlake and Round Rock, we take pediatric orthopedics seriously, but never forget our audience. We love kids and do everything we can to make them feel comfortable and empowered. With that in mind, our goal is to provide exceptional pediatric orthopedic care for the children of Central Texas, allowing each child to maximize their health and quality of life. This position includes, but is not limited to, preparing patients' electronic medical records, checking in/out patients, verifying medical insurance plans, completing financial transactions, and patients' scheduling. You will enjoy an eight week training program to ensure you are prepared to confidently complete the tasks within your position. Candidates must be personable, contribute to a positive work atmosphere while being a successful team member, and enjoy helping patients and other team members. They must be able to work in a fast‑paced medical office while maintaining attention to detail. Customer service experience and/or fluency in Spanish are both a plus.
