Pay Range: $39.77 - $41.76 per hour
Schedule: 40 Hours per week, Day Shift (Note: No rotating or variable shifts mentioned)

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in home health nursing
• Qualified applicants MUST have knowledge of venipuncture, IV care, infection control (OSHA), medication administration, wound care, and phlebotomy
• Preferred: CHPN certification
• Valid Registered Nurse license in KY
• Be willing to obtain or maintain current CPR certification
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• 1-2 years of clinical RN experience, with 2+ years in home health
• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program; Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred

• Assess and develop patient-specific plans of care for home health RN (CWHH-RN) cases, ensuring accurate documentation and quality care.
• Use key skills such as IV care, wound management, medication administration, and patient education tailored to home health protocols.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, referring agencies, and family members while maintaining compliance with OSHA and infection control standards.
