Customer Service Representative (Level III)

We are seeking a Client Account Services (CAS) Specialist to serve as a key partner to our Financial Advisors and Client Associates. In this highly collaborative role, you will deliver high-touch operational support across the full account lifecycle—from setting up new investment accounts to maintaining existing portfolios and onboarding clients into specialized platform features.

salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

• Training Hours – Monday through Friday 9am -5:30pm EST – Will follow schedule selected at offer time, once training is completed

• Direct Advisor & Associate Support: Act as the primary operational contact for Financial Advisors and Client Associates, delivering prompt, high-quality assistance for general investment account needs.

• Account Lifecycle Management: Execute core account setup and maintenance tasks, including opening new investment accounts, updating profile details, and enrolling accounts into new platform features.

• Troubleshooting & Technical Guidance: Walk field teams through platform processes, resolve software or entry errors, and provide step-by-step tutorial support.

• Document Review & Quality Assurance: Review incoming client documentation for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to regulatory and operational guidelines.
