Production

WorkSource is seeking a bilingual Production Worker for a physically demanding manufacturing role. Responsibilities include frequent lifting throughout the shift, preparing crates for products and glass materials, and assisting with general production tasks. Candidates must be able to perform repetitive physical work, follow safety procedures, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparing crates and handling products, primarily glass.

• Perform material handling tasks such as lifting, moving, and positioning items (approximately 50 lbs) throughout the shift.

• Complete tasks such as cutting, laminating, drilling, edging, polishing, tempering, mitering, and UV bonding as needed.

• Accurately read and interpret tape measures.

• Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

• Minimum 1 year of industrial experience.

• Strong math skills and ability to read a tape measure.

• Good work history and reliable attendance are essential.
