As a dynamic and growing company with over 19 000 employees worldwide, 75 nationalities, a retention rate above 90% and 3,7 billion in combined revenue in 2025, we are looking for someone like you to join our team as we continue to shape a safer, more efficient, and connected world!Purpose and MissionSalaried Professional responsible for overseeing the production operations, ensuring that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely to meet production targets and quality standardsKey Activities and ResponsibilitiesProduction Oversight: Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the production floor, ensuring that production schedules are met.Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications, implementing quality control measures as needed.Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Resource Management: Coordinate the use of materials, equipment, and labor to optimize production efficiency.Troubleshooting: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the production process to minimize downtime.Reporting: Prepare and present production reports to upper management, highlighting performance metrics and areas for improvement.Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to ensure seamless production operations.SkillsLeadership: Ability to manage and motivate a production team to achieve goalsCommunication: Excellent verbal and written skills to convey instructions and updatesProblem-Solving: Strong skills in identifying and resolving production issues efficientlyOrganizational Skills: Proficiency in planning and coordinating production schedulesAttention to Detail: High level of accuracy in monitoring production quality and complianceTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and toolsSafety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety standardsPrevious ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environmentQualifications and EducationBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferredBe bold and take the leap!We're looking for individuals who are not afraid to take risks and explore new ideas.
