Room for growthJob Responsibilities for 1st shift and 2nd shift and Mid Shifts Food Production Associates:Assist with food production operations, including loading and unloading equipment and conveyor systemsAccurately label products and verify codes and production informationWork in temperature-controlled and refrigerated environments as requiredSafely lift to 40–50 lbs. and push/pull carts or materials up to 150lbs.Work in a climate control area with cold temperatures of 35-40 degrees in production of bold productsSupport team operations in a fast-paced production, kitchen, bakery, or food preparation environment.Prepare, portion, package, and organize food products while following company quality and food safety standards.Job Requirements 1st shift and 2nd shift and Mid shifts Food Production Associates:1+ Years of prior manufacturing or production strongly preferred (Food manufacturing preferred; other industrial or assembly experience will be considered)Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English for safety reasons and work in a refrigerated environment (30-40 degrees) for extended periods of time. Consistent employment recordMust be flexible with shift assignments and schedule changes based on operational needs.
