Executive Personal Assistant
A busy CEO in Plano, TX is seeking a proactive and organized Executive Personal Assistant to help keep her home and personal schedule running smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a dependable "right hand" who can manage schedules, coordinate appointments, oversee vendors, and handle a variety of household and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage family and household calendars
- Schedule children's, family, and pet appointments
- Coordinate household vendors and service providers
- Source and vet new vendors as needed
- Order household, pet, and children's supplies
- Assist with household budgeting and expense tracking
- Support the management of household staff
- Organize and type business notes and documents
- Assist with personal errands and special projects
- Serve as the primary point person for day-to-day household needs
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable around children and pets
- Professional and discreet
