Are you passionate about providing high-quality psychiatric care and helping individuals achieve stability and healing? We're seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative behavioral health team. In this role, you'll provide a full range of psychiatric services - including assessments, consultations, medication management, and crisis intervention - under the supervision of our psychiatrists and clinical leadership.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, record reviews, and diagnostic assessments for the individuals served
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with the care team
• Provide treatment through psychotropic medication management and other therapeutic interventions
• Participate in daily rounds, consultations, and progress assessments
• Deliver crisis intervention and respond to urgent or emergency situations with professionalism and empathy
• Document care in compliance with state, federal, and facility standards

What We're Looking For

Education

• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (required)
• Completion of clinical rotations applicable to your training program (required)

Experience

• Prior experience providing psychiatric or behavioral health services (required)

Licenses & Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice (required)
• Current DEA license (required)
