Proven track record leading a large-scale field sales organization at a national level.
Hands on experience building outlet level execution standards, route-to-market models, segmentation, and field sales ways of working.
Demonstrated success coaching and developing senior leaders through influence.
Experience owning national sales strategy and annual business planning.
Strong commercial and financial acumen.
Track record building talent programs.
Experience navirating complex cross functional environments.
Love for powerpoint and new found passion for AI.
