El Centro de Cuidados Subagudos Coral Reef en Miami, FL está buscando un(a) profesional de marketing/enlace hospitalario con experiencia para desarrollar y mantener relaciones con profesionales de la salud y socios comunitarios, con el fin de apoyar el crecimiento del censo y promover los servicios clínicos. Calificaciones Debe ser bilingüe en español e inglés Experiencia previa en marketing de atención médica, admisiones, desarrollo de negocios o rol de enlace hospitalario preferida Experiencia en instalaciones de enfermería especializada, rehabilitación o cuidados a largo plazo, muy preferible Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación e interpersonales Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de seguimiento Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones profesionales Automotivado, orientado a metas y capaz de trabajar de forma independiente Conocimiento de sistemas de salud, seguros y procesos de planificación de alta preferidos Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de referencia con hospitales, médicos, gestores de casos y organizaciones comunitarias Realizar actividades diarias de marketing y alcance para aumentar las admisiones y el crecimiento del censo en las instalaciones Servir como enlace entre las fuentes de referencia, las familias y el equipo de admisiones Educar a los profesionales de la salud y a los socios comunitarios sobre los servicios de la instalación y los programas clínicos Coordinar recorridos, reuniones y presentaciones con socios de referencia Seguimiento de la actividad de referencia y mantenimiento de registros y informes de marketing precisos Colaborar con la dirigencia de las instalaciones para apoyar las iniciativas estratégicas de marketing Participar en eventos comunitarios, oportunidades de networking y organizaciones profesionales Mantenga una representación positiva y profesional de las instalaciones en todo momento Apoyar los procesos de admisión y ayudar con el seguimiento de las referencias según sea necesario El Gerente de Cuidado del Miembro de Servicios de Salud es responsable de coordinar y administrar la atención de los miembros inscritos en el Plan d...
