Fives Landis Corp (Gardner Abrasives) is actively seeking a Full-Time Finishing Assembler position to join its teams in South Beloit, IL.
Founded in 1812, Fives is an international industrial engineering company that has invented and designed sustainable solutions and technologies for more than 200 years.
As Finishing Assembler you will join our local division, Gardner Abrasives, who has been a global leader in high-precision abrasive grinding wheels since 1905.

Your role will be to:
- Utilize the proper tools, equipment and gauges to maintain safety, quality and production requirements.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices.
- Observe all safety regulations.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
We are seeking a candidate who possesses:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Manual dexterity required for operating tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle up to 50 pounds required.
- Communicate within team and between departments at various levels.
