Remote Sales Operations Manager

Driving sales performance and team development, the full-time Remote Sales Operations Manager will oversee sales metrics, implement corrective actions, and foster a high-performance culture while working from home. Key responsibilities Own overall sales performance across assigned programs and drive daily/weekly performance rhythms Lead and develop Team Leaders and Sales Coaches, ensuring effective coaching and accountability Identify performance gaps and partner with leaders to build strong pipelines and meet targets Required qualifications Associate's Degree preferred with over ten years of experience, including 2-4 years in Progressive Management Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Sales Operations Manager for at least 1 year 3-5 years of high-level sales leadership experience, preferably in outbound sales Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes and implement change Strong mentoring and coaching skills with a focus on continuous improvement
