Employment Type Full-time Requirements Dentrix Eaglesoft Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years) Open Dental X-ray / Radiography Certification Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred, but we value a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn. Certification: Active X-ray/Radiology certification (state-specific) is required. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with modern dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is a major plus. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, "synergistic" team environment. Detail-Oriented: A focus on accuracy in patient records and sterilization. Job Description Clinical Partnership: Provide expert chairside assistance during a wide range of general and restorative procedures. Patient Comfort: Greet patients warmly, prepare them for treatment, and serve as a reassuring presence throughout their visit. Advanced Imaging: Take high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral photos. Sterilization Excellence: Maintain a pristine clinical environment by strictly following OSHA and infection control protocols. Office Synergy: Assist with patient charting, room turnover, and inventory management to ensure a productive workflow.
