Compassionate Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist – Join Smile Dental’s Friendly Team in Pembroke Pines!
Smile Dental is seeking a dedicated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Front Desk Receptionist to become a key member of our Pembroke Pines office. This full-time role offers an opportunity to engage with patients warmly while managing essential administrative tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Requirements
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients effectively
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Prior experience in dental or medical office reception preferred but not required
Reliable, professional, and committed to a long-term position
Positive attitude and quick learning ability
Job Description
Greet and welcome patients warmly in both English and Spanish
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Handle appointment scheduling and confirmations
Answer phones and respond promptly to patient inquiries
Maintain organized patient records and office files
Assist with insurance verification and processing
Support daily front desk administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations
Multitask with professionalism and maintain a friendly demeanor at all times

Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
