- Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant
Experience: At least 1+ year(s) of experience specifically as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator (we value your clinical knowledge!).
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Tech Savvy: Previous experience with Dental Practice Management Software is highly preferred.
Job Description
Patient Concierge: Greeting patients warmly upon arrival and managing the check-in/check-out process with a smile.
Scheduling Mastery: Coordinating complex appointments to ensure optimal patient flow and provider productivity.
Insurance Coordination: Verifying dental insurance coverage and explaining treatment plans and co-pays clearly to patients.
Records Management: Maintaining accurate digital patient records and ensuring all HIPAA regulations are strictly followed.
Financial Oversight: Processing payments, managing billing inquiries, and handling daily financial reporting.

Shift & Schedule
Monday: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:45 am – 7:00 pm (Perfect for those who like a later start!)
Wednesday: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday: 7:45 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: Off
Saturday: One shift per month (7:45 am – 4:00 pm)
