TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Cartersville, Georgia, 30120!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Critical Care Float Duration: 10 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required License: Valid RN license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Previous charge experience Patient ratio experience of 2-3 Description: This position requires hospital float pool staff. Staff will be expected to float throughout the facility, including the Emergency Department. Primary location for this role will be in the ER hold area. Weekend shifts are required every other weekend. No call required for this position. Floating will occur within the facility and scope of practice as needed. No block schedule requests will be accepted. Travelers are expected to work one major holiday if it falls within the assignment period. If two major holidays occur during the assignment period, travelers are expected to work both. If three major holidays occur during the assignment period, travelers are expected to work at least two. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Full compliance is required to start on time; delays in compliance will push back the start date by 2 weeks. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate. Candidates must have experience with arterial line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, care of ventilated patients, central line care, and management of dysrhythmias. Must be proficient in starting and maintaining IVs and suctioning. Experience with titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips is also required.
