Berman Subaru is looking for Internet Sales BDC Agents to add to the team!
Position: Internet Sales BDC AgentLocation: Berman Subaru of Chicago
Pay: $41,600 - $95,000 annually (Competitive hourly + monthly bonuses)

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate interest and set appointments
- Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve dealership goals
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experience
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics
- Previous BDC experience highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
