Event Location: Blue Compass RV Spartanburg 302 South Main Street Duncan, SC 29334 Blue Compass RV Spartanburg is growing, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our Parts and Service teams. We will be conducting in-person interviews for the following positions:

• Parts Manager
• Parts Associates
• RV Technicians

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Parts Manager - $60,000-$80,000We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our Parts Department and ensure our customers and Service team receive the products, support, and service they need. Responsibilities may include:

• Leading, training, and developing the Parts team
• Managing inventory levels, ordering, and receiving
• Supporting the Service Department with timely parts availability
• Monitoring department performance and controlling expenses
• Maintaining an organized, customer-focused department
• Providing a high level of internal and external customer service

Who would be a good fit? This position may be a great fit for someone with previous parts management or dealership leadership experience who understands inventory control, department profitability, and team development. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, customer-focused, and comfortable working closely with both the Service and Sales departments. Parts Associates - $40,000-$45,000 Our Parts Associates assist customers and technicians with identifying, locating, and ordering the correct RV parts and accessories. Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers with parts and accessory needs
• Supporting technicians and the Service Department
• Processing parts orders and maintaining accurate records
• Receiving, organizing, and stocking inventory
• Maintaining a clean and organized Parts Department
• Providing knowledgeable and professional customer service

Who would be a good fit? This position may be a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, learning about parts and products, and working in a fast-paced environment. Previous RV, automotive, marine, powersports, warehouse, retail-parts, or inventory experience is helpful. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using computers and inventory systems. RV Technicians - $80,000-$140,000 Our RV Technicians diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of recreational vehicle systems and components while providing the quality workmanship our customers expect. Responsibilities may include:

• Diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, and structural systems
• Performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Documenting completed work accurately
• Communicating repair needs and recommendations
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Completing repairs correctly and efficiently

Who would be a good fit? This position may be a great fit for an experienced RV, automotive, marine, diesel, maintenance, construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance-repair, or skilled-trades professional. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, dependable, and able to troubleshoot problems while taking pride in completing quality repairs.
