Express Employment is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer for a Direct Hire position in Simpsonville. Great opportunity with a great company.

Key Responsibilities

Creating detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications for electrical systems
Conducting testing and evaluation of electrical equipment to ensure performance, safety, and reliability
Troubleshooting and resolving issues with electrical systems, components, and equipment
Supervising or coordinating manufacturing, installation, and maintenance activities
Performing calculations and using engineering software to design and optimize systems
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements
Collaborating with project teams, technicians, and other engineers to implement solutions
Estimating costs for materials, labor, and construction to support budgeting and project planning

Required Skills and Qualifications

Electrical engineers need a combination of technical knowledge, analytical skills, and practical experience:

Strong understanding of electrical theory, circuit design, and system integration
Proficiency with engineering software, design tools, and testing equipment
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills for complex electrical challenges attention to detail for precise calculations, testing, and documentation
Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, with some roles preferring advanced degrees or professional certifications
