The role is responsible for proactive outreach aimed at customer retention, identifying opportunities to expand partnerships, and ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty.**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:**The successful candidate will be able to:* Make and manage inbound and outbound calls/emails in a timely manner.* Keep records of all conversations in our Gladly system.* Send quotes to customers, as needed.* Place orders for customers, as needed.* Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives.**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:*** Keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.* Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.* Familiarity with Gladly platform helpful, but will train* Previous experience in a customer support role* Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively* Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced environment* Takes pride in work, exhibiting accuracy and attention to detail* 4 years’ experience in customer service or outbound sales position a plus* Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook* Comfortable with learning new computer software programs and processes**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:**High School Diploma**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:*** Attention to detail* Customer Service Orientation* Flexibility and adaptability* Ability to work independently and collaboratively**ADDITIONAL JOB DETAILS:**Base starting rate ranges from $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. The base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
