Responsibilities Greet customers and conduct vehicle write-ups, accurately documenting service needs and concerns Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and timelines clearly to customers Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs and maintenance Provide repair order updates and follow up with customers throughout the service process Upsell recommended services and maintenance based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guidelines Process invoices, payments, and warranty claims accurately upon job completion Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and address any service-related concerns professionally Requirements Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in an automotive customer service role preferred Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume service drive efficiently Proficiency with service management software and basic computer skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus About Us Donny's Automotive LLC is a trusted name in automotive repair and service in the Albuquerque, NM community.
