Guest Service Agent- JLL

As a Guest Service Agent at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional workplace experiences that clients and their teams will long remember. You'll serve as a vital connection point between JLL, our service partners, and clients, ensuring superior service delivery while embodying our commitment to innovation and excellence. What your day-to-day will look like:

* Manage temporary access badges, landlord building access cards, lost and found services, and luggage storage while conducting quarterly inspections for art and meeting rooms

* Coordinate and assist with site events in partnership with the conference services team and administrative staff

* Facilitate comprehensive mail and package services, ensuring timely and accurate distribution

* Serve as the primary escalation point for building services issues including janitorial, mailroom, copier services, parking, badging, and conference rooms, submitting work orders through appropriate channels

* Collaborate seamlessly across service lines to deliver integrated solutions and exceptional client experiences

* Contribute to projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement, increase productivity, reduce costs, and mitigate risk for both clients and JLL

* Perform additional duties as requested to support the overall success of the experience program

Required qualifications:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

* 1-3 years of relevant experience in hospitality, facility management, property management, or operations

* Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism with a genuine passion for hospitality

* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic environments

* Track record demonstrating initiative, integrity, and sound judgment in professional settings

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across all organizational levels

* Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and general technology platforms

* Knowledge of commercial real estate industry practices and standards

* Highly collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective partnerships

* Experience working in corporate or multi-tenant environments with diverse stakeholder groups

Schedule: M-F 7:30AM -4:30PM

Location: Houston,TX
