Healthcare Provider Recruiter: Strategic Talent Sourcing

Lexington Medical Center is looking for a Provider Recruiter to manage and implement effective recruitment initiatives. This role is responsible for planning and sourcing qualified providers for medical staff while collaborating with senior management and the HR team. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 2 years of administrative experience.
