Automotive Title Clerk 

Description: The DMV Clerk - Level 2 is responsible for processing all required DMV documents related to new/used vehicles. The DMV Clerk ensures the accurate and efficient processing of vehicle titles by verifying title information is correct, maintaining knowledge of current laws regarding vehicle titles, and interacting with customers and regulatory agencies to resolve title issues.

 

Duties:
•Review DMV and ACS Report Daily
•Maintain/Check-In/Correct MSO’s locally andmulti-state
•Scan and save DMV Reg. paperwork
•Issue temporary tags
•Obtain ABS quotations
•E-file DMV documents
•Prepare customer demands MSO/Titles Docs and provide to Customers within DMV requirements
•Prepare all DMV forms required for each individual deal
•Ensure proper scanning of DMV forms in S2K
•Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•2+ years clerical experience
•Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
•Strong communication skills both orally and written
•DMV software knowledge for DMV input
•Detail oriented
•Assist with training others
•Ability to multi-task
•Extremely diligent in follow through

Physical Requirements:
•Work is performed in an office environment
•Work will be performed in an office setting.
•May be required to sit in long intervals and climb stairs
