Your Contributions

• Carry out routine and advanced clinical laboratory analyses—chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results for precision, diagnose errors, and conduct preventative upkeep and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new employees or interns, and uphold laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and comply with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification from the Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within a year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
