Policy Management: Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and timely. Requirements Must be Bilingual in Spanish and English. Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license to sell Property & Casualty insurance in Texas. Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry, is desirable. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
