Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow our insurance footprint throughout the Warr Acres region.
Meet with potential clients in the community to assess their unique risks and insurance coverage needs.
Cultivate meaningful partnerships with local business owners and referral sources to expand our network.
Provide ongoing support to current clients to ensure their protection plans evolve alongside their lives.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress toward sales targets within our internal systems.
Participate in local community events to represent the values and integrity of Trophy Insurance Solutions.
Requirements
Oklahoma Property Casualty Insurance License.
Three or more years of experience in direct sales or business development.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for local travel.
Demonstrated history of building and maintaining professional relationships.
Strong command of local territory management and market mapping.
Familiarity with industry-standard quoting software and CRM platforms.
