About Responsive Location: Plantation, Florida Department: Underwriting Compensation: $40,000-$45,000 plus benefits Hours: Monday - Friday 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM; Rotating Saturdays 9-1 (this is a set schedule) Why Join Responsive? What You’ll Do As a key member of our team, you’ll: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries with professionalism and urgency. Guide customers through policy updates, payments, and other underwriting-related tasks. Build lasting relationships with customers by resolving challenges and offering tailored solutions. Ensure accuracy in processing policy changes and identify logical next steps for follow-ups. Collaborate with team members to share insights, document processes, and improve efficiency. Review work for quality and suggest improvements to enhance operations. Maintain detailed documentation of actions and decisions for each customer interaction. Other duties as assigned. Requirements What We’re Looking For Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent underwriting experience; prior leadership experience required. Licensing: Active Florida 4-40 or 2-20 Resident General Lines License or ability to obtain within 90 days. Language Skills: MUST BE Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal proficiency). Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, and conflict-resolution skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
