Pharmacy Manager

Role Overview: The Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive patient care and promote community health. Key Responsibilities Process and dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with regulations. Oversee merchandise presentation, pricing, signing, and inventory management. Model and enforce excellent customer service practices to meet patient needs. Participate in community outreach programs, encouraging staff involvement. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards through report analysis and quality reviews. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, with a valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training program. Proficiency in collaborating with patients and healthcare providers. Ability to analyze data to improve pharmacy performance and patient outcomes. Strong management skills to oversee staff and operations.
