Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Greenville, OH outpatient settings where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. This role involves 60-minute evaluations and treatment sessions, development and modification of individualized treatment plans, delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services, documentation of care, participation in student education when assigned, and adherence to safety and professional standards. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Ohio state physical therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy providing evaluations, plan of care development, and 60-minute evaluation plus treatment sessions. Demonstrated ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation, including goal writing, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. Familiarity with safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and workplace safety practices. Ability to supervise and delegate to supportive therapy staff and participate in student education when assigned. Preferred Qualifications Prior travel or contract outpatient therapy experience preferred. Experience with performance improvement initiatives and professional development planning preferred.
