We learn, grow, and achieve more – in our careers and in our communities.Job Description Summary:The Advanced Practice Providers (APP), Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) including Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) or Nurse Practitioner (NP), work in collaboration with the hospitalist physician in the hospital-based inpatient setting. The APP will work the night shift (7P-7A).This position requires a high level of independent clinical decision-making. The APRN or PA-C should demonstrate an advanced level of medial knowledge, clinical competency, sound clinical judgement, professionalism as it relates to interpersonal and general communication skills, timely and compliant documentation, and takes responsibility for ongoing professional development and competency validation.Responsibilities And Duties::Must have a Supervision Agreement (SA) or Standard Care Arrangement (SCA) with a physician in like practice. Practices within applicable state laws, appropriate boards, and in accordance with his/her/their SA/SCA and delineation of privileges.The duties and responsibilities for the APP working in Hospital Medicine include but not are limited to obtaining and performing medical history and physical exams, recording and interpreting data (ex.
