Forklift Operator
Location: North Little Rock, AR
Schedule: Sunday - Thursday
Shift: 4:00 PM - Dismissal
Payrate : $20 per hour


Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for operating a forklift, replenishing inventory, and maintaining accurate product rotation throughout the dry, cooler, and freezer areas.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to move, stage, and replenish products throughout the warehouse.
• Replenish inventory in dry, cooler, and freezer storage areas while following proper product placement procedures.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and food rotation practices to maintain product quality and freshness.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following all warehouse and food safety procedures.
• Meet and maintain a productivity rate above 100% while maintaining accuracy and safety.
• Safely lift and move products weighing 50+ pounds as required.
• Follow all company policies, OSHA guidelines, and safety procedures related to forklift operation and warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in dry, refrigerated, and freezer environments.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.
• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and productivity.
