Complete timely and thorough reports utilizing agency templates. Make recommendations based on assessment results. Develop goals and objectives based on evaluation and assessment results. Provide therapeutic services at 4 day habilitations center and 3 group homes. Provide social skills instruction. Provide individual psychotherapy as needed. Consult with guardians, centers, and state agencies. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Develop and maintain Treatment Plans. Collect data during sessions. Complete thorough Treatment Note immediately after session. Write reports, including Progress Reports. Graph and analyze client data. Willingly and effectively cooperates with OTC, The Department of Human Services, The Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and other licensing or state agency or local municipalities in any inspections and investigations, upon request. Other duties as assigned. Retirement Account Employee Assistance Program PTO Tuition Reimbursement Department Specific Benefits May Apply Requirements Graduate with a Master’s Degree, or higher, in behavioral sciences and be nationally certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. (BCBA) Two (2) years’ experience, preferred. Minimum of four (4) years experience working with individuals with disabilities. Minimum of two (2) years writing behavior management plans. The successful completion of all DDD required training as defined in the DDD Supported Employment/Day Program (SE/DP) Manual and compliance with all applicable standards as set forth in the manual upon the date of hire. Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record. Special Requirements Employee will be required to complete all clearances as necessary per regulatory requirements. Summary Under the direction of the Director and/or the Assistant Director of Professional Services, is responsible for assessing the needs of clients and developing individual behavior programs accordingly. You will be required to monitor staffing teams to insure client success by providing clients with on-site supervision and training.
