The Leasing Consultant is responsible for effectively implementing the leasing and marketing program, promoting the positive image of the apartment community and to assist management with resident programs and retention.

Responsibilities include helping future residents find their next home, planning and attending functions for residents, collecting and securing rental payments, conducting campaign research, reporting and retention, and maintaining an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.

Qualifications include interest in the role, attention to detail, a can-do attitude, thinking outside the box, customer service or sales experience, a valid driver's license, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and tax credit experience preferred.
