Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician

We are looking for: Internal Medicine Veterinary Technician Proposed Schedule: Mon–Thurs 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Compensation: $28.25–$44.00 per hour based on skillset and experience. What you’ll do: Set up constant rate infusions (CRI). Calculate all medical math including advanced formulas such as mcg/mg, %/mg, etc. Induce, monitor, and recover patients from anesthesia. Set up for ultrasound and radiology procedures. Set up and assist with endoscopic procedures (GI, nasal, urinary, airway). Patient discharge and client education. Who you are: State Registered Veterinary Technician license preferable. Prior veterinary experience required; previous internal medicine or anesthesia experience desired. Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.). Flexibility with work hours and ability to work additional hours when necessary.
