Immediate Need - Communications Lead - STCA - Sacramento CA create graphics/text for posters/infographics, newsletters, presentations, communication and marketing/branding skills.
- Have experience with large-scale systems (statewide is best).
- Understand communications and organizational change management.
- Understand county and state stakeholder communication audiences and needs.
- Be able to suss out key message and concepts and understand how to best communicate those to the respective audiences.
- Be able to create graphics/text for posters/infographics, newsletters, presentations, etc., that get key messages out to the intended audiences.
- Be able to write well for county and stakeholder consumption - think good overall communication and marketing/branding skills.
- Be highly motivated, independent, and able to work autonomously.
- Be able to work with minimal direction and lead/guide others from beginning to end.
- Have a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
