Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and a patient-centered approach. This role involves providing nursing care to a diverse patient population, performing various procedures, and assisting providers in delivering high-quality care in an emergency setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform IV insertion, Foley catheter insertion, and NG tube insertion.
• Assist providers with various ED procedures.
• Conduct point of care labs and manage respiratory equipment setups.
• Adhere to patient experience protocols, including AIDET, care narration, and SBAR communication.
• Report to supervisors and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an ED RN.
• Current certifications: TNCC, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS.
• Must be flexible, positive, and team-oriented.
