Enterprise Solutions Architect

Bridge the gap between Anchors' platform capabilities and the complex operational needs of enterprise customers. As an Enterprise Solutions Architect at Anchors, you'll be the technical voice in our most important customer conversations. You'll work with enterprise buyers across finance, healthcare, and logistics to understand their challenges and design Anchors deployments that solve real problems. What You'll Do This role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and customer success. You'll own the technical side of the pre‑sales process and stay engaged through deployment to ensure customers are getting outcomes, not just software. Core Responsibilities Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise prospects to understand data environments, compliance requirements, and integration constraints Design and present solution architectures that map Anchors' capabilities to customer needs Build proof‑of‑concept deployments and demonstrate platform value in customer environments Partner with the engineering team to translate customer requirements into the product roadmap Own technical relationships with key accounts post‑deployment What We're Looking For You're technical enough to be credible with a CTO and commercial enough to be effective with a CPO. You understand enterprise software procurement and can navigate complex organisations. Requirements 6+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting Experience with enterprise software integration patterns (APIs, ETL pipelines, identity management) Familiarity with ML platforms and AI/data infrastructure Strong written and verbal communication — you can make complex systems legible to non‑technical stakeholders Experience working with customers in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or government) is a significant plus The Opportunity You'll be joining at a formative moment for the solutions function.
