Paralegal Supervisor

The Paralegal Supervisor will oversee and manage the daily operations of the litigation paralegal team in California. There is no billable requirement, as this role is more supervisory and focused on workflow coordination with active paralegal work as needed. Description Supervise and manage the performance of the paralegal team, ensuring their work aligns with organizational standards and deadlines. Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of paralegal staff. Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals to provide necessary paralegal support for case preparation and management. Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards in all paralegal activities. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve team performance. Review and approve paralegal work product for quality and adherence to legal guidelines. Provide mentorship and career development guidance to team members. Profile A successful Paralegal Supervisor should have: BA or BS degree from an accrredited University or college is required. Must be qualified to practice as a paralegal under CA state law. Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal, 2+ years of litigation experience required Experience with performance related conversations, or supersivory experience over other team members. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams. A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical practices. Proficiency in legal research tools and software Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $140,000 USD.
