Paralegal Supervisor

Overview Law firm is seeking a Paralegal Supervisor to join their team. This position is open to candidates located in California. Responsibilities Oversee paralegal workflow, including assigning projects, balancing workloads, and forecasting staffing needs Track and analyze key metrics such as utilization, billable hours, and work quality Work with HR on recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention of paralegals Support training and professional development through internal programs and on-the-job learning opportunities Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Address performance and personnel matters, including disciplinary actions when necessary Maintain administrative records such as attendance and PTO tracking Coordinate with internal teams and external parties (clients, vendors, agencies) to support casework Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree required Paralegal certificate required At least 2 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm or corporate legal environment required Minimum 4+ years of supervisory or management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including newer tools such as Copilot) required Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
