Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts Special Education (SPED) teaching license
• Prior experience working with K-12 learners is highly valued
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ability to implement appropriate accommodations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with staff, students, and families
• Adaptability to address the needs of students with varying abilities and backgrounds

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans for assigned students
• Adapt instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs and support academic success
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff
• Conduct ongoing assessments and adjust teaching methods based on student progress
