Practice Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Practice Manager to join our growing outpatient psychiatry practice specializing in depression and anxiety, including medication management, TMS, and Spravato. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across the practice. Lead, hire, train, and manage administrative staff. Improve scheduling, patient flow, and overall patient experience. Oversee insurance verification and prior authorizations. Coordinate TMS and Spravato administrative workflows. Work with billing to improve collections and reduce errors. Develop policies, procedures, and staff training systems. Monitor performance, solve problems, and build systems to support growth. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of behavioral health management experience. Proven staff leadership and management skills. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through. Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growing practice. Strong attention to detail, technology skills, and commitment to patient service. Ideal Candidate: A proactive leader and critical thinker who identifies problems, develops solutions, holds staff accountable, and can build efficient systems without requiring constant supervision.
