What Success Looks Like Here

Our most successful Install Coordinators are people who stay ahead of the details instead of waiting for problems to happen.

They understand that a successful installation depends on more than what happens at the customer's home. The right materials need to be ordered. Equipment needs to be available. Job information needs to be accurate. Permits and inspections need to be coordinated. Installation teams need to know where they're going and what they're walking into.

They are comfortable communicating with multiple departments and know how to follow up, ask questions, solve problems, and keep things moving.

They don't assume someone else is handling an important detail. They take ownership, communicate when something isn't right, and work with the appropriate team to find a solution.

And most importantly, they understand that the work happening behind the scenes directly impacts our field teams and the experience we provide our customers.

If you're organized, proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy being the person who keeps everything moving, this is the kind of role where you can succeed.
