THE ROLE:

This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanically inclined construction sales professional in the United States with experience selling into Pharma and Life Science sectors.

The role blends remote and in-the-field responsibilities, focusing on specifying mechanical products into large-scale Pharma and Life Science construction projects. This includes presenting to executives in boardrooms, specifying work alongside Mechanical Engineers, and traveling up to ~50% to visit key accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with support teams to ensure client needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.

A key aspect of the position is building and sustaining relationships with mechanical engineers and other Owner stakeholders. The company encourages active client engagement through networking events including happy hours, events, sporting activities and more!

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

• 7+ years in industrial territory sales and/or mechanical construction
• Must have experience building relationships with owner groups and end users in the Pharma / Life Science sector
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, general contracting, or MEP engineering preferred
• Mechanically inclined working with piping, flow control systems and/or commercial HVAC systems
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client-facing work and networking
• Must live in the United States (located in MA, CT, DE, NJ, NC, SC, or CA), able to travel up to ~50% throughout the USA
• Bachelor’s degree required
