Project ManagerPosition Overview: We are seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with experience managing high-end custom home projects. This individual will play a key role in coordinating with homeowners, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure luxury residential projects are delivered successfully. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and capable of balancing construction execution with strong relationship management skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage high-end custom residential construction projects from start to completionCoordinate closely with homeowners, architects, designers, and field teamsMaintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standardsWork collaboratively with superintendents and subcontractors throughout all project phasesEnsure clear communication between all stakeholdersMonitor project progress and proactively address challengesMaintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfactionPreferred Location: Candidates located in or near South Georgia are strongly preferred.Requirements:Experience managing high-end custom residential construction projectsStrong knowledge of residential construction methods, scheduling, and project executionExcellent communication and client relationship management skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detailStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience working directly with homeowners, architects, and design teamsProficiency with construction management software and project tracking tools preferredBenefits:Salary range: $90,000 – $130,000 depending on experience and overall fitTruck allowance or company vehiclePer diem401(k)Paid Time Off (PTO)Professional development stipend
