Human Resources Administrator

We are seeking an HR Administrator to provide recruiting, onboarding, human resources, payroll, and administrative support for a plant hourly workforce. This position works closely with plant leadership, employees, candidates, staffing agencies, and external service providers. Compensation: $53,000-$58,000/year Responsibilities Workforce & HR Support Screen, schedule, and track hourly applicants and participate in local hiring events. Coordinate hiring activity and communication between staffing agencies and plant leadership. Respond to candidate questions regarding applications, hiring forms, benefits, schedules, and the hiring process. Schedule and facilitate new employee orientations and complete required onboarding paperwork. Submit weekly hourly payroll data and prepare/distribute management reports. Provide front-line HR support to hourly employees, including questions regarding policies, benefits, leave, pay statements, and other HR-related requests. Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Accounts Payable & Administrative Support Prepare invoices for processing, including purchase order matching, coding, and data entry. Process weekly and monthly production-related billings and shipment information. Create, track, and update maintenance, repair, and operations records. Support general office administration, including mail, supplies, employee events, communications, and bulletin boards. Support plant safety administration by maintaining reports, data, and metrics. Cross-train with other team members to provide backup support as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience providing recruiting, onboarding, HR, payroll, and general administrative support. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Experience handling confidential information. Strong planning, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
