Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an HR Generalist in Lavonia, GA. In an HR Generalist role you’ll be responsible for: Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws. Maintain accurate records and support internal/external audits. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and best practices. Support payroll processing. Perform administrative duties. Preferred Experience with ADP/ADP Workforce Now NextGen. SHRM or HRCI Certification. Minimum of 5 years of HR Experience, preferably related to employee relations and compliance. M-Th 7:00am-5:30pm EOE #J-18808-Ljbffr Openwork
